We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with specialization in Supply Chain management and extensive experience with Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, data analysis, and business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, to drive efficiency and optimize performance.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to recommend solutions for enhancing supply chain operations.
  • Power BI Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize supply chain metrics and performance indicators. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and integrate data from various sources to support supply chain analysis. Ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the supply chain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics for supply chain operations. Track and report on progress towards goals and objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on the use of Power BI and other analytical tools. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on supply chain management and data analysis. Proven experience with Power BI is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with supply chain software and systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present data and findings clearly and concisely.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to ensure data integrity and reliability.
