What's important to us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or comparable studies
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in (IAM) Aftermarket Business
  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
  • Budget responsibility
  • German minimum Level C2
  • English minimum Level C1

What to do:

Entrepreneurship
  • Manage SAG Austria, focusing on budget, P&L, and balance sheet for SAG Austria
  • Manage resources, negotiate, and support category management and supplier discussions.
  • Communicate with CFO on internal and external payments.
  • Support supply chain availability, avoid disputes, and resolve issues pro-actively. Handle bonus structure transparently, fix problems daily, manage inventory, and manage complex initiatives aligned with group goals.
  • Fixing Problems on a daily base related to daily business.
  • Monitor KPIs, balance business requests against company goals, and manage ERP, interfaces, and new business partners.
Leadership
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals, monitor performance, and follow disciplinary processes.
Communication
  • Effectively communicate project milestones, deliverables, risks, and success criteria to sponsors and Regional CEOs, ensuring progress reports and presentations.
