YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Group Supply Chain Expert/Analyst is supporting the Group Supply Chain Manager in order to elevate the Supply Chain Operations within SAG Group to the next level by creating and

maintaining a pan European integrated supply chain. He plays a critical role in managing and

optimizing the flow of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to the point of

consumption. Their primary goal is to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability

while meeting customer demands and maintaining high-quality standards.

CORE TASKS

Deliver overall increase in service level across the group with smooth flow of goods across borders
Optimize stock holding across the whole group by having the right stocking policies.
Facilitate stock rotation between various countries to effectively manage and control excess and obsolete stock. The role is expected to provide group level guidance on Supply Chain policies for the various country supply chains and resolve any intercompany conflicts on supply chain matters
Analyzing supply chain data and performance of the whole group and implement inventory controlling reports.
Tracking inventory levels, suppliers’ availability, lead times from the suppliers, lead times from DC`s to branches.
Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain (e.g., disruptions, quality issues, supplier failures) and develop contingency plans to address and mitigate risks.
Elaborate action plans to improve availability and lead time.
Support to countries with F&DP software integrations and developments, includingtrainings.
