ABOUT US
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Project Control (focus D365 F&O):
- End-to-end responsibility for the implementation of local and international D365F&SCM projects.
- Strategic planning and monitoring of Projects as well as coordination of functional go-live and hypercare support.
- Central contact for the business, key users, management and external Microsoft implementation partners.
- This position frequently take a hands on approach combing project management with IT Business Consulting work gathering and challenging business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, configuring and validating solutions, and driving functional and user acceptance testing yourself rather than only coordinating others.
- Process & fit-gap analysis: Moderation of requirements workshops and management of fit-gap analyses in order to optimally map business processes (e.g. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) to the Microsoft standard.
- Focus on D365 Standard & Best Practices: Ensuring a "Standard First" strategy to minimize customizations and ensure the future updateability of the platform (One Version).
- Team leadership: Leadership of interdisciplinary, cross-functional project teams (consisting of solution architects, consultants, developers and business analysts).
- Interface Function & Integrations: Control the seamless integration of D365 F&SCM with peripheral systems, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure data architectures.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Professional experience: Several years of demonstrable experience as an IT project manager in the ERP environment, ideally with completed full-lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / F&SCM / CE.
- Expertise / Education: In-depth understanding of the D365 architecture and business processes in the areas of finance, supply chain, logistics or production. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT technology or a comparable qualification.
- Methodological competence: Certification in project management (e.g. PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a must.
- Personality: Strong communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking and the ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on mentality: you are comfortable taking on a double role and personally performing requirement gathering, functional specification, configuration and testing next to your project management duties.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and very good written and spoken German.
- Location: Base located in Dietlikon or Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with willingness to travel internationally on project demand.
