YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end post-merger integration across sales, operations, logistics, HR, IT, finance, and customer service.
  • Align structures, processes, and systems to realize synergies and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks and dependencies.
  • Contribute to the Target Operating Model (TOM) and integration KPIs tracking.
  • Act as liaison between CEO, management, and international stakeholders.
  • Drive transparent communication and lead integration steering meetings.
  • Harmonize supplier/customer contracts, pricing, and distribution models.
  • Support the consolidation of logistics networks and warehouse operations to achieve cost and service-level targets.
  • Oversee the ERP system migration and integration with Group IT.
  • Lead change management and internal communications to foster synergies.
  • Identify and bridge cultural differences and promote organizational alignment.
  • Monitor performance and ensure synergy targets are met with KPIs integration and reports

YOUR PROFILE

  • 7+ years in post-merger integration or transformation, ideally in automotive aftermarket/distribution.
  • Experience with Big4 or top-tier consulting company or corporate development in a multinational company.
  • Strong in due diligence, synergy analysis, and integration execution.
  • Proven multi-stream project management under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative approach.
  • Analytical mindset with ERP implementation experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Romanian; other languages a plus.
  • Willing to travel across Romania and CEE.
