ABOUT US
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You are part of a self-organized, cross-functional product organization and shape the full lifecycle of our webshops in the Automotive Aftermarket B2C.
- Your team’s mission: create a seamless, high-performing eCommerce experience that drives engagement, conversion, and visibility.
- You own the product vision and strategy for two cross-functional teams and lead the transition toward a unified international webshop setup.
- You own the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch and focus on driving measurable business impact.
- You define KPIs, conduct analyses, and derive hypotheses to run qualitative and quantitative experiments, continuously learning and optimizing.
- You maintain the product backlog, write user stories, prioritize tasks, and define sprint goals to ensure the team works on the highest-value tasks.
- You collaborate with stakeholders to align the product vision and strategy, creating mid-term plans and reports based on company goals and OKRs.
- You communicate ideas and concepts clearly to the right audiences, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in eCommerce or platform development.
- You are passionate about great digital products and always have ideas to make them better.
- You stay focused on the big goals, and go the extra mile to bring everyone there.
- You’ve led product teams successfully and are comfortable managing collaboration across teams and countries.
- You are data-driven and hypothesis-led, using experimentation and analytics to guide product decisions.
- You are structured, focused, and know how to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- You combine strong technical understanding with sharp analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep focus on user needs and target audiences.
- You identify with agile principles of product development and are familiar with methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- You are eager to take responsibility, make decisions, justify them effectively, and stand behind them.
- You are fluent in English - German is a plus.
