YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership & Transformation: Lead the people & culture agenda, advise the CEO, and build a high‑performing leadership team.
  • Work in a value creating HR environment using data and figures as the basis of decisions
  • Organization Design & Governance: Evolve from an owner-led to a management-led organization. Deliver an efficient structure and aligned, pragmatic processes and policies.
  • Talent, Workforce & Capability: Build talent pipelines, strengthen performance, and drive strategic workforce planning.
  • Operational Excellence & Modernization: Ensure compliant HR operations and provide modern, data‑driven tools and insights.
  • Culture & Engagement: Create a unified culture and drive engagement, communication, and trust.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven ability to turn strategy into execution in growth, transformation, or restructuring environments.
  • Strong experience in organization design, transitions, and restructuring, with hands‑on leadership close to the business.
  • Comfortable operating across multi‑location and multinational matrix environments, including Romania.
  • Solid understanding of Romanian labor law and local cultural dynamics.
  • Able to simplify complex HR topics, create clarity, and structure ambiguity.
  • Analytical and financially savvy, working confidently with KPIs and operational detail.
  • Trusted, ethical, and influential communicator fluent in Romanian and English, who builds credibility with all stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, business‑minded leader who inspires teams and is willing to travel ~25%.
