YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
- Screening applications and conducting initial candidate pre-selections
- Managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting hiring managers and recruiters during the interview process
- Gradually taking ownership of selected candidate interviews
- Creating, updating, and publishing job advertisements
- Providing administrative support across various HR processes and projects
- Maintaining applicant and employee data within our HR systems
- Assisting with the preparation of employment-related documents and contracts
- Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a great employee experience from day one
- Helping organize employee events, workshops, office management and engagement initiatives
- Supporting employer branding activities on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
- Fluent in English and German
- Previous experience in HR or recruiting is a plus but not required
