YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process 
  • Screening applications and conducting initial candidate pre-selections
  • Managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Supporting hiring managers and recruiters during the interview process
  • Gradually taking ownership of selected candidate interviews
  • Creating, updating, and publishing job advertisements
  • Providing administrative support across various HR processes and projects
  • Maintaining applicant and employee data within our HR systems
  • Assisting with the preparation of employment-related documents and contracts
  • Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a great employee experience from day one
  • Helping organize employee events, workshops, office management and engagement initiatives
  • Supporting employer branding activities on LinkedIn and other relevant channels

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Previous experience in HR or recruiting is a plus but not required
